The euro size baking tray 400×600, also known as a euronorm baking tray, open side baking tray, or three sided baking tray, is designed for commercial bakeries, catering kitchens, and food production environments. Manufactured in Australia, this heavy-duty tray delivers reliable performance and consistent baking results.
This aluminium baking tray is ideal for producing bread, pastries, biscuits, slices, and tray bakes. As a result, it supports efficient production and uniform results across every batch. In addition, the 3 sided open design allows for easy loading and unloading, making it ideal for high-volume baking operations.
Constructed from 1.6mm aluminium, this commercial baking tray provides excellent heat conductivity for even baking. Furthermore, the welded corners add strength and durability. In turn, the tray maintains its shape during handling, baking, and transport, even in demanding commercial environments.
With dimensions of 400mm x 600mm x 25mm, this tray is designed to suit Euronorm (400×600) systems, making it ideal for commercial ovens, rack systems, and bakery production environments. Additionally, it supports efficient workflow, improved productivity, and consistent baking performance in busy professional kitchens every day.

These baking trays can be customised to suit your production requirements, including:

- Marine grade aluminium (1.6mm or 2.0mm)

While trays are supplied uncoated as standard, the following coatings are available at an additional cost:
- Clear Silicone Coating
- Black PTFE (Non-Stick) Coating (requires 2.0mm aluminium)
Care Instructions
- Silicone-coated trays: Do not burn in. This may damage the coating and reduce release performance.
- PTFE-coated trays: Oil before first use to ensure optimal release and extend coating life.

Returns
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- All postage, shipping and freight costs are to be organised by you at your cost.
- All items must be returned in adequate and satisfactory postal or shipping packaging.
- All items must be returned via registered post or signature request at our receiving end.
- Only items that have been directly purchased and dispatched by Countrywide Bakery & Catering Essentials may be returned.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for any items purchased that are fabricated and dispatched directly from our Manufacturers and Suppliers. Eg. Commercial Baking Trays, Commercial Pie Trays, Commercial Bread Pans and other Custom-Made Items.
Machinery & Electrical Items
All machinery and electrical items are non-returnable and are subject to Manufacturer or Suppliers warranty and terms and conditions. As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. We have a great relationship with all our Suppliers and will work directly with them to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner. Ultimately, every purchase needs to end on a note that satisfies you and we will take every step to ensure that.
Condition of Goods
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging including instruction manuals and all accessories.
- Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and in conditions stated above and that adhere to our terms and conditions policy. This may take up to 14 days to process.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by the Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases) for Proof of Purchase.
