MATERIAL: Aluminised steel with an internal clear silicone coating
This bread/loaf single pan is made with heavy-duty aluminised steel, which is the material of choice for the Professional Baker. It offers superior heat transfer, strength, corrosion resistance and durability. The rims on this pan also incorporate steel wire to resist warping and to enhance pan strength. They are coated with a natural non-stick and non-toxic silicone that is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
To clean the pan, simply wipe the surface or wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth.
Do not use metal utensils or other shap objects that could scratch the coating. Scratching the coating can cause coating failure and premature corrosion to the pan.
Dry your pan with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry spot.
WARNING: Always use an oven glove when removing from the oven.

- All machinery and electrical items are non-returnable and are subject to Manufacturer or Suppliers warranty and terms and conditions. As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly.
