CARE AND INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the protective cover
- Clip to the side of pan or fryer
- The tip should never touch the bottom of pan or sides
- Do not heat to beyond thermometer temperature
- Allow to cool while clipped to the pan or place on a dry cloth
- Do not place a hot thermometer on cold/wet surface
- Do not wipe or handle hot thermometer with a wet cloth
- Clean the thermometer stem before each use
