MEASURE PROCEDURE:
- Press “On/Off” button once to switch the thermometer on, it will perform a self test with a flash of full segment display and jump to normal display.
- Remove the plastic cover, insert the stainless steel probe about 25mm into the substance being tested and wait until the reading is displayed.
- Press the “On/Off” button to switch the thermometer off. (Auto-Off after 10 minutes with no operation.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
- Press the “On/Off” button once to display normal temperature
- Press the °C/°F button to switch units when in measuring mode
- Display LLL: when lower than measuring range
- Display HH.H: when higher than measuring range
This product is waterproof and features a food grade stainless steel probe. It has a sampling rate of 1 second. It comes with a protective probe cover.
