BASIC MODEL: COMBI-Plus electrical heated – 20 x 1/1 GN (space between 2 level 65 mm), stainless steel trolley – 7 cooking modes: Convection from 0 to 250°C, Saturated steam to 98°C, Combinated from 30 to 250°C (with humidity adjustable from 0 to 100%), Low temperature steam from 30 to 97°C, High temperature steam from 99 to 105°C, Regeneration, Delta T – 80 preloaded recipes as standard with the option to adjust the degree of cooking and the colouration. It is possible to create entirely personalised recipes. Displayed as text or as pictures via the library within the oven – Tracking software kit supplied with the oven. Transfer recipes and photographs via a computer. This Hobart Convection Steamer Combi Plus Oven – HPJ201E sets the parameters automatically to match the quantity and type of the dish you are preparing. The highly practical ‘side-ways’ loading and unloading of trays are the safest and most ergonomic. Independent of their height and position in the combi steamer, meat, grains, vegetable, and baked goods are evenly cooked.

A core temperature sensor is provided to ensure highly precise cooking and a tender, soft and moist consistency of the finished product. To prevent excessive temperatures and guarantee an accurate cooking process, the COMBI-plus automatically controls the heating performance to match the food that you are preparing.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
All postage, shipping and freight costs are to be organised by you at your cost.
All items must be returned in adequate and satisfactory postal or shipping packaging.

Only items that have been directly purchased and dispatched by Countrywide Bakery & Catering Essentials may be returned.
