This Moffat curlflow bread slicer features a twin frame unit fitted with two independent motors. It has independent variable weighted pushers designed to suit soft and crusty bread with loaf guides incorporated into the rear chute. Maximum output will vary depending on the crustiness of loaves of bread being sliced and condition of slicing blades. 300 loaves per hour is an average only.
