This Moffat silhouette2 floor model slicer features a single wide frame unit with loaf guides incorporated into the rear chute. It has a flat stainless steel bagging spade and gravity feed rear stainless steel chute. The main body of the machine is finished in two pack paint for durability with a durable Lexan exit table. Maximum output will vary depending on the crustiness of loaves of bread being sliced and condition of slicing blades. 300 loaves per hour is an average only. (Image is shown as SIL1215M)
