This Paramount dough divider supplies fast and accurate division of bread doughs and is capable of dividing 20 equally pieces per operation. The dough divider operates in a weight range of 200 – 800grams, with a dough capacity of 16kg. This machine is supplied on wheels and features a round chamber with stainless steel knives. The dough divider is a bakery and pastry industrial piece of equipment used for volumetric division, replacing manual labour through a mechanical system. Dough dividers are used in bakeries to divide high volumes of dough into quantities of equal size, with the aid of cutting knives.
