This range of cold bain maries is designed to hold cold food at correct serving temperatures. Can be bench or trolley mounted.
NOTE: Roband bain maries are designed to accommodate pans available from Roband Australia. Although other brands of pans may fit, this is not guaranteed due to variations in other manufacturer’s pans.
All BM and BR bain maries can be manufactured with no corner legs for drop-in bench mounting. When ordering please specify by prefixing the model number with the letters NC e.g. NCBM24 (NC signifies ‘no corner legs’). These items are made to order and are non-returnable.
*Safety regulations require careful preparation, handling and storage of food products at all times. Cold plate units operate with a single refrigeration coil attached to the underside of the tank, thus food is chilled from underneath. Users must be absolutely certain that a single refrigeration coil will suit their purpose and is in compliance with food safety standards.
Please Note: All electrical, plumbing, gas connections and disconnections are to be carried out by a qualified/licensed tradesman/personnel and is to be organised by the customer at customer’s cost.

- All machinery and electrical items are non-returnable and are subject to Manufacturer or Suppliers warranty and terms and conditions. As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. We have a great relationship with all our Suppliers and will work directly with them to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner. Ultimately, every purchase needs to end on a note that satisfies you and we will take every step to ensure that.
CONDITION OF GOODS
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging including instruction manuals and all accessories.
