This Hobart 20-litre planetary mixer is the original 20-litre planetary mixer. It has a 20-litre bowl capacity and comes with a bowl, dough hook, whip and beater.
It features a stainless steel easy-on-easy off bowl safety guard and the drive mechanism is gear driven with a 3-speed gearbox. Optional accessories are available including an Ingredient feed chute and mincer attachment at an additional cost.
